    Product Description This system features a modular attachment system that allows you to configure the optimal setup for your application. Components such as the feeder, corona treatment unit, coater unit, IR dryer, and UV dryer can be flexibly combined.
    In pre-print processing, it applies primer after corona treatment. In post-print finishing, it can be used to apply varnish. The system also supports thicker substrates, making it suitable for a wide variety of coating applications beyond standard digital printing needs.

  • NEW ARC SYSTEM – Inker Roller Cleaning Device for Printing Presses

    Purpose Automatic cleaning device that reduces cleaning time.
    Product Description The NEW ARC SYSTEM is a high-speed, automated inker roller cleaning device that utilizes a doctor roll mechanism.
    A small-diameter metal roller equipped with a doctor blade—the doctor roll—is pressed against the rubber inker roller.
    Through timer-based control, the system automatically regulates the discharge of cleaning fluid and the engagement/disengagement of the doctor roll. This enables efficient, consistent cleaning of inker rollers without interrupting press operations.

  • QRD SYSTEM – Segmented Roller Ink Supply Unit for Printing Presses

    Purpose Individually divided ink ductor roller system automatic ink density control by computer
    Product Description The QRD SYSTEM is a segmented roller-type ink supply unit that allows centralized control of ink volume simply by replacing the existing ink pickup roller.
    It enables digital storage of ink settings, eliminating the need for color adjustments during repeat print runs and ensuring consistent color reproduction.

  • QUICK EYE – Image Area Coverage Measurement Device for the QRD SYSTEM

    Purpose Printing plate area ratio reading device for QRD equipment.Measurement and image processing are performed using a high-precision camera.
    Product Description The QUICK EYE is a measurement device that analyzes plate image data by importing it into a PC and calculating the image area coverage for each segmented ink pickup roller in the QRD SYSTEM.
    Measurement results can be transmitted to the QRD SYSTEM either online or via external media, enabling precise, data-driven ink supply control.

  • COLOR DOT CONTROL – Inline Ink Density Measurement System

    Purpose Ink density measurement device that requires no color bar. Can be installed in-line on existing printing presses.
    Product Description COLOR DOT CONTROL is an ink density measurement system that does not require a color bar.
    It enables direct measurement of ink density on printed image areas, including halftones and solid fills.
    ・Can be installed inline on existing printing presses
    ・Measures ink density directly from the printed image, eliminating the need for a dedicated color bar
    ・When integrated with our QRD SYSTEM, it allows for fully automated ink density management
