Environmental Management
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact across all aspects of our business activities to contribute to a sustainable society. As part of this commitment, we have obtained ISO 14001 certification, an international standard, at all our production sites and have implemented a rigorous environmental management system. Through this system, we promote the efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and mitigate environmental risks while contributing to environmental conservation in both local communities and the global ecosystem.
To contribute to a sustainable society, we have switched to LED lighting in our offices and factories. Compared to conventional lighting, LED lighting consumes less energy, helping to reduce CO₂ emissions and electricity costs. Additionally, its long lifespan minimizes waste, allowing us to balance environmental responsibility with cost reduction while striving toward carbon neutrality.

Health and Productivity Management
We have established our internal health policy as the "Health and Productivity Management Declaration" and are actively promoting health management throughout the company. We prioritize the well-being of each employee and their families, aiming to support a physically and mentally healthy and fulfilling life.
Based on our health management principles, we continuously implement measures and create an environment that supports employee health. As a result of these efforts, we have been certified as a Health and Productivity Management Organization. Moving forward, we will further strengthen our initiatives to maintain and enhance employee health.

Example of Our Initiatives
Health and Productivity Management Initiatives – Implementation of Workplace Smoking Control
We prioritize employee health and have implemented workplace smoking control as part of our health and productivity management efforts. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the office, and designated smoking areas have been set up in outdoor break spaces with partition curtains to ensure proper separation.
This approach provides appropriate spaces for smokers while preventing secondhand smoke exposure for non-smokers. As a result of these initiatives, our company has been recognized as a Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization.

Contributions to the Community and Society
Our company is committed to making a positive impact on society. We actively contribute to international humanitarian efforts by making regular donations to globally recognized organizations such as UNICEF and the Red Cross. Additionally, we engage in ongoing environmental conservation efforts by organizing community clean-up activities. Furthermore, we support the healthy development of children by donating basketballs to elementary and junior high schools in Izumi and Takaishi cities. Through these initiatives, we strive to create a better future for both our local community and the world.

Community Contribution Activities – Environmental Conservation Initiatives
As part of our local environmental conservation efforts, we regularly conduct litter clean-up activities around our company premises and in parks and green spaces. Through these activities, we contribute to environmental protection in the community and promote initiatives for building a more vibrant and sustainable town.

Social Contribution Activities (Sports Promotion)
As part of our social contribution activities, we donate balls and other sports equipment to schools and sports organizations. By fostering a love for sports and promoting health and physical and mental development, we will continue to contribute to the advancement of sports.

Donation of Sports Equipment
In collaboration with sports organizations, we regularly donate basketballs and volleyballs to schools in Osaka Prefecture. To date, our initiatives have included the donation of basketballs to all 10 elementary and junior high schools in Takaishi City, among many other contributions.
Social Contribution Activities (Donations)
Regarding the SDG goal “1. No Poverty,” we continuously support this cause by donating funds and used postage stamps to international aid organizations such as UNICEF.

Donation of used postage stamps
Since starting this activity in 2021, we have donated used postage stamps weighing a total of 1.8 kg to the Japan Christian Medical Association (JCMA) on four occasions.
Approximately 1 kg of used postage stamps covers the cost of textbooks for one nursing student in Tanzania for one year.
By continuing this initiative, we aim to protect the smiles of children with promising futures.
